Harpreet has been providing leadership, direction, guidance and coaching to CraftPitch Project Managers and the broader team in relation to project development and execution, activities, risks, issues and general management since 2009. He has been leading a team of nearly 20 team members in Canada and overseeing operations in Australia and India. He has successfully gained some high-profile Canadian Government projects and other complex projects. He has done Master of Information Technology from Australia.
Project Manager (India operations)
Ritesh is overall responsible for managing our offshore development team in India. He is also responsible for working on specifications, technical designs, maintain and modify the code and interface, security, performance, database and functionality testing with tools for software applications and websites since 2010. He is looking after project approach, activities, risks, issues and general management in India. He has done Master of Computer Applications.
IT Projects Lead
Shaun has been leading our team in Australia and has been working with us since 2020. He has previously worked on various IT projects and is responsible for handling budgets, training and certifications, forcasts, team management, quality assurance, risk management and overall reporting. He has done Master of Business Administration from University of South Australia.
Business Analyst
Simranbir has been showcasing our services to our large base of existing and prospective clients with detailed business analysis, outlining of problems, opportunities and solutions to businesses as per their needs. He is responsible for defining business requirements and translating them into desired products and services. He has done Bachelor of Information Technology from India before moving to Australia for doing Masters in IT from Flinders University, South Australia.
Graduate Analyst
Sheena is a recent graduate and has been carrying out data analysis, creating reports, offers assistance and support for pertinent tasks to carry out regulatory pricing and/or compliance work and give strategic/policy recommendations since mid 2022. She has done Masters of Business Information Systems from Torrens University in South Australia.
Tester
Chris has been evaluating and testing a website's or software application's online performance errors, coding errors and other errors. He assumes the position of a typical user in this role, evaluate the site's usability and design on your computer, and offer comments on the functionality of the site since 2020. He has done Bachelor of Information Technology in University of Adelaide in South Australia.
